In response, we have implemented new procedures on how we conduct our business, while providing you with the same level of service you know and trust. Your home should be your sanctuary.
When you call DVAC Heating & Air, we will be asking about your health and the health of your family. If entering your home is appropriate, we have developed new protocols for “contact-free” visits. These include our technicians calling when they are on their way AND upon arrival, before coming to your door. Our technicians will also wear disposable gloves on all visits, be mindful of maintaining a suggested 6 foot distance from you and your family members, and wear a mask upon request. Should extra precautions be necessary, our team can even address needs via phone or video chat.
