We are selling our house and the buyers wanted the furnace and AC serviced and inspected before closing date. One of the heating elements was not working and I needed to get everything done in a few weeks time. I called my regular HVAC company and it was two weeks just for diagnostics without repair. I called several other places with high reviews on yelp and they were professional but kind of evasive when it came to getting back to me on scheduling. I called DVAC and spoke with Kevin. He was extremely professional and helpful. Understood my plight and was able to get me in on a cancellation. He also called back to confirm and made sure I had the right time. He told me the price upfront and I received a text confirmation. Our technician Austin, was running late and called me an hour before my scheduled appointment to let me know. Austin came with mask on and super professional! He was thorough and efficient. He spent extra time just going over every possible scenario on why the one heating element wasn’t working. He then went out of his way to make sure I got the part ordered before my deadline. I have built four homes personally and my family is in the commercial building industry. We work with many HVAC companies. These guys have got to be the best I’ve ever worked with. I would use them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to Everyone I know. It’s so hard to find good, honest, hard-working and ethical people with excellent customer service these days. Knowing what I know now, I would have waited to get on DVAC schedule.
