My furnace quit working. I had never needed to purchase a furnace until recently. I went online to research furnaces that were both efficient and budget friendly. There were a few I had identified but who was I going to have install the furnace? Again I turned to the internet. Three companies came out to my house to give estimates. I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t the ones for me. I went back online and saw an ad for DVAC. Thank goodness I reached out to them. Within 45 minutes a technician (the owner, Dave) was at my door. He was incredibly informative and we talked about my options. I knew I had found the company for me. His pricing was competitive and his customer service was top notch. His visit was on a Saturday. My new furnace was installed on Monday (closed on Sunday). There was no heat in my house so Dave provided space heaters until the installation! DVAC provided text updates and/or phone calls as to when the installers would arrive. It took a short 3.5 hours for the furnace and air conditioning to be up and running. The professionalism, communication and seamless installation gave me much relief knowing I had chosen DVAC. They are a locally owned family business. Thank you DVAC!
