From start to finish you could tell they were aimed at doing quality work at a fair price. I’m adding to this review – we subsequently had DVAC replace the furnace in our nearby rental home. Again 5-star workmanship and service. Top-flight organization.

David and Everett were incredibly accommodating when our furnace went out over the weekend. They miraculously sourced a part that was not easily found (supply houses are closed over the weekend). So thankful for above and beyond service & superior knowledge! Highly recommend!

DVAC installed a new furnace for me. They were very responsive, explained the process thoroughly, and conducted the transaction in a very professional manner. The installer, Oleksandr, put things together just as I asked, and worked with diligence and precision. A good company.

DVAC was a great choice to install a new furnace. They are responsive, competitively priced, and knowledgeable. My 35-year-old furnace was still functioning, but I was ready to replace it before it went out. I did a bunch of research and waited until Black Friday. Then got a few quotes. DVAC was able to schedule an install within 2 weeks of me reaching out. I decided to go with DVAC because they have great online reviews (I read through a bunch for a few companies), were timely, were competitively priced, and its important to go with smaller companies during these COVID times. They also offer a better warranty than most. 10-year parts, 1 year labor, and will extend labor warranty up to ten years with annual maintenance with them. David and Alex arrived on time for the install and sent a text when they were on their way. They were professional, cleaned up afterwards, and were very conscious about PPE. It was a very quick install, under 4 hours, with 2 knowledgeable professionals. There was a hiccup with the thermostat install (due to old house wiring) but David was able to fix it quickly. We were called by the owner and he was out the next day to give us an estimate and talk about options. The quotation we received was not only the most comprehensive but also the best price. We feel like they took the time to really understand what we were trying to do and never rushed us. Installation was professional clean quick and exactly what we’re looking for. 5 out of 5, would recommend to anyone.

As good as it gets! My furnace stopped working and I needed help quickly without overpaying. I searched for a company that was open on the weekend that had great reviews. I ended up calling DVAC Heating and Air and talking with David. David was very informative and understanding of my situation. Despite needing help fast David extended the current promotion on their best furnace and did not take advantage of my situation. Technicians come out first thing Monday morning and installed the new furnace. The technicians Alex and Austin arrived on time that morning. They were very careful and did a great job. They tested everything and cleaned up after themselves then afterwards I had a nice new quiet furnace that should last for many years to come. Thanks DVAC Heating and Air for helping me get heat back in my house quickly and for a great deal!

Joe is the guy who inspected and then gave me the quote. Alex, the technician who installed the furnace, was terrific and understood English very well though he had to use an app on his phone to translate from Russian in order for me to understand the nuance of his responses. But he did a TERRIFIC job and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks. They got our house heated again after our old furnace broke, and they did a beautiful install and addressed all our concerns.

5/5. Great customers service! Very communicative. Grateful I spoke with them before going with anyone else. They installed a heat pump and furnace in our house. Almost a year and a half later, after looking through my original receipt, I noticed those line coverings were included in the overall costs, but they weren’t installed the day of the installation. I called them up and asked if they would come by and install them, per the original agreement. Mind you, this was almost two years later. They put me down on the books and did it free of charge. They held to their word. I thought I was having issues with my heat pump. I reached out and they sent out one of their technicians to investigate. After asking me some questions, looking at my videos, etc., he took the time to educate me about the system. He was honest, sincere and transparent about everything. I guess everything was fine. I trust them to be honest with their work. I’ve had experiences in the past where people just try to upsell and upsell, overcharge, etc. You won’t get that from DVAC. They seem to truly want to do what’s best for both their employees AND their clients. I highly recommend it!

Great personal customer service! We had three bedrooms fitted with ductless units, DVAC did an amazing job both on the interior and exterior install. They took care of all the permits needed, supplies and booked the install in a very timely matter. We shopped around between a couple of different installers, DVAC was very competitively priced. The completed install took one full day plus a quick touchup the following day, I would highly recommend David and his team. Great job
