Our house was not heating consistently. Joe came out to our house and discovered our furnace was not only dead but was ten years expired! He was very communicable with payment options and was able to get our family’s furnace replacement day in very quickly. Oleksandr was our technician, and he arrived on time and was professional. He worked all day replacing the new furnace and vacuuming our house ducts. He was very considerate of working around our kids and maintained distance and his mask the entire time. Our house is finally warm! We couldn’t be happier!
